Passed away at Leighton Hospital, on 27th August 2021, aged 80 years.

Hazel, a loving mum to David, Christopher, and Rachael. Also,Paul, Karen, and Jane. A cherished Nana and a special friend to many.

Service and cremation at Crewe Crematorium on Friday 10^thSeptember 2021 at 2.45 p.m.
