I would just like to say: Thank you very much to Pam for all the help you gave me on arranging the cremation of my Husband Brian Darlington. I also thank Ben for making it a really special day by going past Leighton Hospital where Brian worked, for all the staff to pay their respects. It was very emotional seeing so many people lining the streets. I also thank Sarah for the lovely service at the Crematorium. With all my love Ava.

Dear Sarah. Just wanted to say thank you for mums service yesterday, in such difficult circumstances it was lovely. The extract from Winnie the Pooh was lovely as both myself and my mum have spent hours reading Winnie the Pooh books to my children and the poem about a mum was very moving. Dear Tony, Ben and all the staff at Oxley’s. We want to thank you for all the guidance and support you gave us with
our Mother Cynthia’s funeral. You handled everything with sensitivity  and professionalism in a warm friendly manner, and from start to finish we felt both confident and comforted in the knowledge that you were doing your best for us and for Mum.

To Oxley’s staff I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who arranged Bill’s funeral in these troubling times. Your kindness to both me and my family made a very sad day bearable. Special thanks to Ben and Sarah for the lovely service. Betty Davies.
