Pam – Paul and I cannot thank you enough for helping us get through Friday, you were simply wonderful, a beautiful service and both Paul and I felt you had one eye on us the whole time. Thank you.

Just a few lines to thank you, Sarah and your colleagues for your help with [her] funeral this week. It was a very sad day for us all but handled professionally and carefully by you all which made things so much more bearable.

To Sarah & Staff, thank you for all your help and the lovely service you did for our Mum.

Kirsty, I would just like to thank you for all that you did for us and Mum. The service yesterday was wonderful, the sun was shining, and everyone commented how lovely Sarah was and how well she spoke about Mum, there were lots of tears but also lots of laughter at some of the things that Sarah said that we had forgotten that we had mentioned, all the memories came flooding back it was beautiful. So I would like to send our heartfelt thanks to you and all of the Oxley’s team for giving Mum such a wonderful send off you did her proud.

Sarah- just a quick email to say a massive thank you for arranging such a lovely service for my dad which summed him up to a T! A big thank you also goes for allowing me to go with my dad in the hearse to the Crematorium, we were extremely close and by accommodating this and letting me accompany him on his last journey meant a huge deal to me.

Thank you especially to Cynthia and Pam who are a credit to your company.

Phil and I want to say a great big thank you to you Sarah, Christine and Ben you have been exceptional in every way.

Can I sincerely pass on my thanks and that of the entire family to You, David and the team from Oxley’s for organising and executing such a wonderful, perfect and beautiful funeral for my Nan. I personally think that without you, without your professionalism, your dedication to the job, the way you seamlessly make things happen no matter what and the way you deal with people, I don’t think we would have been able to cope as a family and for that, we all thank you and owe you a great deal. You are an asset, none of us will ever, ever forget what you have done for us and how you have cared for us making this very dark time much lighter. Thank You. As for David, never have we seen such care and professionalism as that which was shown by [him]. The way he looked after my Dads funeral touched us all as a family and has been very highly spoken about ever since. Well, I thought his service couldn’t get better, how wrong was I. The service he gave us for Nans funeral was so absolutely perfect in every way- that guy is an absolute professional at his job and Oxley’s are so very lucky to have him.

Thank you and to all your staff at Oxley’s, for the way you have handled and overseen my Mother’s funeral. From the person who went to collect my Mother from the care home, your staff during the time my Mother was at your premises, time given to Melanie there and the day of the church service and Crematorium, my observations were that all your staff were all compassionate, sensitive and very professional in the care of my Mother and the family’s needs. Ben you were exceptional in all that you have done in helping in all the arrangements building up to the funeral and being there you on the day to make the day go smoothly and assist us in seeing the day through.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself in helping to make it a special day. You made sure every little detail was perfect and what we wanted, you provided a very personal service. Pam did the service beautifully.

Thank you for the excellent handling of Eric Riley’s passing and the services provided to the family. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company for a reliable, excellent service and a caring ‘can do’ attitude.

Thanks to you, Pam and the rest of the team for being fantastic throughout. We are very glad we chose Oxleys and couldn’t have asked for better service.
