Tony and all the staff at Oxley’s – A million thank you’s go out to you for making a very difficult time for us go so smoothly. Her funeral was everything we could have wished for and more, at a heartbreaking time for us all Tony guided us through the process and helped our wishes for the funeral to be a reality. You cared for our dear daughter and sent her on her journey with great dignity. Keep making a difference, thank you again.

We would like to thank you [Sarah] so very much for the reading at Dads service. You made it very special for us and easier to get through the day. He would have thoroughly enjoyed the celebration of his life. We knew you were perfect to talk on our behalf.

Sarah, you delivered the service and eulogy beautifully and with your great input and help had parts which everyone there could relate to, happy and sad. In difficult times you made it a lovely service and took all the pressure off me, you knew instinctively what it was I wanted and for that I thank you so much.

I would like to say a big thank you to everybody at Oxleys for carrying out the arrangements for my late wife; in particular to Pam for the beautiful and personal celebrant service she gave at the Crematorium. All of the staff were incredibly kind, understanding and professional in our time of need. Many people commented on how lovely the funeral was; the reading, poem and music were all perfect. Once again thank you.

I feel you should know that the sole reason that I chose Oxleys was Kirsty. Her calm gentle tone was reassuring and nothing was any trouble. Kirsty arranged my Uncles funeral with the greatest of care and attention to detail. She listened to all my thoughts and requests with such kindness. At such a difficult time, Kirsty made things so easy for me. The gentlemen that attended my Uncles funeral were all so kind and caring. I appreciate the sensitivity and care shown by Tony and his colleagues.

Thank you so much for all your help and kindness on the passing of my wonderful Dad. You spoke about my Dad so well and really as if you knew him. You’re amazing and although it is a sad time I am glad I know you.

I have found your sensitivity and kindness so very helpful during this whole process, and it has made things so much easier than they might have been without it. My family and many of the people who attended the funeral were so impressed with the way you and the other Oxleys staff facilitated the events on the day of the funeral, and I have received many compliments about this, which I wanted to pass on to you. My sons have also found your kindness to me and to our family very touching, and as a family we wanted to thank you for this. We feel that throughout this very difficult time, you have done so much more than what we might have expected, and in such a lovely manner.

Just a note to say thank you so much from the three of us. Your kindness, efficiency and wonderful understanding of our requirement was so heart warming. The funeral itself was all we know our dear mum would have wanted and everything we wanted for her. Once again thank you for helping us with such a lovely farewell.
