Kirsty, a huge thankyou to yourself and staff at Oxleys. You took all the pressure off me and my daughters and made the send off a wonderful day.

Thank you for all your support over the past week. As a student going from place to place it is sometimes hard to fit in but you all made me feel so comfortable. In all my times I have never been to a placement like it. I would highly recommend you to my other student friends and anyone that required your service. I think you are all truly one of a kind.

I would like to thank you and your team for the kind and sensitive way you dealt with Father’s funeral arrangements. It was a sad but fitting occasion which I know he would have been extremely proud of.

Can you please pass on our thanks for everything to Dave and the bearers who did a fantastic job in difficult circumstances. They were all very friendly and respectful. From my initial phone call to Kirsty and all the dealings we have had with her since she has been very calming and respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Lastly we would just like to thank you again Sarah for making all the meetings we had with you not as daunting as we thought they were going to be. You put myself very much at ease and we are very grateful to you for that. We loved the fact that we laughed with you talking about [him] and this was something we never thought we would be doing in a meeting at a funeral directors.

Thank you for making an impossible day – possible. You managed to combine professionalism and competence with a caring and personal approach. I felt you cared for us all that day.

I just want to thank you and also your colleagues for the work you put into my nana’s funeral, she had a wonderful service and a beautiful send off, I can’t thank you all enough for your patience and kindness which for us has been the hardest time and your care made things easier and took some of the burden from our shoulders.

We just want to take this opportunity to thank all members of your staff for the excellent support we were given in the planning and organisation of our Mothers funeral. You gave us a professional service, providing a dignified tribute to celebrate our Mothers life. Everyone of your staff was dignified, sensitive and respectful. All our wishes were met and at every stage we received a dedicated, sympathetic approach as promised. We greatly appreciate all that you did.
