I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you [Tony] in particular and your staff for providing such a caring and professional service to myself and the family following the loss of our Mum, Margaret. I so appreciate your patience, care and attention to detail during such a difficult time for us. The funeral was a fantastic celebration of Mum’s life and we could not have asked for a more fitting tribute.

Dear Ben and Sarah, we were dreading the prospect of dealing with our mother’s funeral arrangements, but with your professional help, you made the job far less daunting than we had imagined. I just wanted to thank you for the lovely service, everyone said how lovely it was. I would also like to thank all the staff involved in the care of our late Mum.

Sarah, thank you for the lovely service you conducted for my Dad. It was really special and gave us all a lot of comfort.

Dear Sarah, just a note to thank you and everyone involved at Oxley’s for the way in which you managed and conducted my wife’s funeral.  The comments at the wake were so positive it made me pleased that we had been able to deliver her wishes.

What can I say except a huge big ‘THANK YOU’. From the first meeting we had, you made us feel as though we have known you for years. You gave us comfort in our time of need and you gave us the time to talk about him even though it was difficult, you understood how special he was and how important he was to us. Pam, his funeral was perfect. We have had so many beautiful comments about his service…even down to the clapping, which many had never heard of before, said it was amazing, a true appreciation for him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

To Ben & all the staff at Oxley’s. Thank you so much for looking after me and my family after the very sad loss of my husband. The funeral was just what we wanted. The attention to detail was second to none. You were all so friendly and very professional.

Thank you! Kirsty and Sarah. There’s a saying that nobody’s perfect but you have proved that saying wrong from start to finish, it was perfect – and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all concerned on behalf or myself and my family.

From our first meeting with you, you have this lovely persona of a close family friend willing to help out with arrangements. This ensured you gently guided us through our farewell to dear dad; leading us content we had given him a worthy send off.

Your thoughts and kindness have been so much appreciated. If there is such a thing as a perfect funeral I believe Mum’s was. Bill [Oxley] would have been so proud of the way everyone involved showed such care and compassion.

I’m a student nurse and came for a visit at the Crewe base. I just wanted to send an email to show my appreciation for your time. I received a warm welcome on arrival and the whole experience from start to finish was professional and informative. All staff took time to talk to me and explain their roles within the company. It was lovely to sit with Kirsty, go through all of the paperwork and hear some of the history of Oxley’s. Thank you all again for your time. It was a pleasure to spend time with you all.
