To Kirsty and all Staff at Oxley’s. We would like to say a heartfelt thank you for all your kindness, care and commitment during our sad loss. Your compassion and attention to our needs was above and beyond. Kirsty all the emails and kindness that you showed with your patience made a very difficult time a little easier. We felt that nothing was too much trouble. Sarah, the service was beautiful and a perfect tribute to a wonderful man. The funeral directors, the car, coffin and flowers were beautiful too. Ben, thank you for everything you did to make my Mum’s final journey so perfect. Yourself and the whole team at Oxley’s are in every way so courteous, kind and dignified. We could not have asked for better service. Dealing with you in the lead-up to the funeral was a pleasure and you could not have left us in better hands than with your colleague Dave on the day.

May I take the opportunity to thank Oxley’s for stepping in to get the memorial sorted out after we had been let down by the stonemason that had originally been engaged to complete the work. The family are extremely pleased with the finished result. I would also like to thank you [Christine] and Rob personally for treating both me and my cousin in such a kind, friendly and professional manner.

Thank you for your support and guidance in arranging Mum’s funeral. The service provided was faultless and during this difficult time, the care and compassion shown was greatly appreciated. We would especially like to thank Sarah for the eulogy. She got every detail spot on and I am sure Mum would have approved of the entire funeral service.

As a family we would like to thank you all for your care and support on our dads farewell. Especially Ben and Sarah for such a well presented service of which my dad would have been proud.

In preparation for [his] funeral on Saturday Cynthia was remarkable in the amount of time spent both with the family – often 2 hours at a time – and in preparation before each visit and after, especially in putting together the order of service. On several of these occasions Cynthia and I visited together at the request of the family. It was one of the most complicated funerals I have been involved in and Cynthia showed a gentleness, compassion and generosity which was outstanding. You are very lucky to have her on your team.
